Andrew Wadham


Andrew graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce and University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Laws before being admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2010. Andrew began his career as a criminal defence lawyer and has acted for thousands of clients on behalf of the Legal Aid Commission and Aboriginal Legal Service.

In 2012, Andrew moved to the UK and continued his career working in litigation for a global law firm where he gained experience working on a number of high profile criminal and civil litigation matters.   

We are delighted that Andrew has decided to return home to Perth and join the McLeods prosecution and enforcement team.


Andrew’s experience in legal practice includes:

  • Advocacy
  • Appearing as legal counsel in Magistrate Court criminal trials
  • Duty Lawyer in metropolitan and regional Courts of Western Australia
  • Review of evidence in large criminal and civil litigation matters
